• Extensions to Rotorua Museum - a listed historically significant building in an active geothermal field;
• Residential building over steep slopes;
  
• Fault hazard assessment - attempting to physically locate faults through a proposed subdivision by way of trenching;
  
• Tauranga Art Gallery - redevelopment of an existing building on historic (old) foundations;
• Matata Debris Flow disaster - immediate emergency assessments relating to site and occupant safety and long term risk assessment;
• Tauranga Landslips(May 2005)
  
• working for Tauranga City Council to determine the level of risk to affected dwellings and whether safe to occupy;
• working for numerous local residents to determine the cause and extent of damage caused by landslips and to design remedial works to repair the affected areas.
