Tony Cowbourne BE (Hons), MSc (Hons), BSc, MIPENZ, CPEng, IntPE
Since first graduating in 1986, Tony has accrued a wealth of experience and expertise across a broad range of geotechnical and civil engineering disciplines.
He is a highly respected Engineer and Geologist, holds a Category One accreditation with the Tauranga City Council and is frequently invited to consult on many significant local council projects. He also enjoys working with a variety of clients to provide risk assessment and site investigations for a diverse range of projects.
Tony has worked for specialist geotechnical consultancies both in New Zealand and overseas, before establishing a new consultancy, Terrane, in partnership with Sally Hargraves. Since then, Tony and Sally have earned a reputation for providing sound, independent advice and assessments to the local council and business community and are finding themselves in increasing demand.
